L.U.V. – MADONNA GETS A GOLDEN GLOBE NOM

Wow!  The Bitch got a Globe Nom…for a song (and by ‘bitch,’ I’m referring to the woman that once said “I know exactly what I want, If that makes me a bitch, OK.”).  When I learned that the song Masterpiece was part of the W.E. movie soundtrack, I knew it was grasping for gold.  It’s a real perdy song.  Even the most M haters of all my friends are forced to give up the props.  I hope wins big–and by big I’m referring to the big O.  I also hope it’s not one of those songs that no one ever hears, or hears about until awards season.

I love Anderson Cooper (who doesn’t?).  I love the way M looks in his show, but I hate that she wore a leather dress (or is it rubber?) to the TV taping of an interview.  Attach a mic to that dress and it sounds like she’s farting every time she moves.  Whoever styled her in that outfit needs to be lashed across the back with a studded belt.  I remember she wore a leather jacket to Larry King way back when and it was the same deal.  Only he kept snapping at her not to move—I also remember Larry asking her what she thought about Hillary Clinton, and M responded with something like “She changes her hair a lot, doesn’t she?” It still makes cringe.

Anyway, CONGRATULATIONS MADONNA FOR YOUR GOLDEN GLOBE NOMINATION!!!  MAY YOU WIN, WIN, WIN!!!
